By using LakeOS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Software Status

LakeOS is experimental software provided “as is.” Bugs, crashes, or incomplete features may occur. Use at your own risk.

2. No Warranty

LakeOS is provided without any warranties, including reliability, fitness for a purpose, or data safety. Developers are not responsible for data loss or hardware issues.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misrepresent LakeOS, use it illegally, or claim official support where none exists. Normal use, learning, and modification are encouraged.

4. Open Source Components

LakeOS includes open-source software licensed by their respective authors. Those licenses remain in effect.

5. Updates and Changes

LakeOS may change, break, or disappear at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Developers are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the software.

7. Humor Clause

LakeOS is created by humans with a sense of humor. Some text, features, or messages may not be entirely serious.
